**W**hat you'll be getting up to**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain current affiliate program
- Communicate with affiliates on a regular basis
- Continuously evaluate the current state of the affiliate program and define new ways of streamlining current processes.
- Discover new opportunities in expanding the reach to new affiliate partner and networks.
- Integrate innovative affiliate practices within the current affiliate program
- Delivery of affiliate requirements and bridging the gap between internal and external support teams within the company and the affiliates.
- Liaise between affiliates and internal and external departments
- Experience in other affiliate program software is a plus
- Monthly monitoring the campaign performance and processing the affiliate commissions and invoices.
- Take on ad-hoc affiliate related tasks
- Assist in creating marketing strategies and developing new channels (social media, online media, offline media and others) for affiliate and players acquisition.
- Assist other internal tasks such as preparing CRM materials, marketing and promotional campaigns, assisting customer support and other relevant tasks.

**R**equirements**:

- Familiarity and knowledge with affiliate marketing programs and networks
- Experience in planning and managing acquisition campaign
- Impeccable time management and project management skills
- Able to work independently and highly organizational in his/her workflow within a team
- Be able to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proven experience in proactive approach to planning, data-based problem solving and strong decision making skills
- Must be comfortable working with spreadsheets and creating individual reports depending on the need of the affiliate
- Proficient with MS Office Applications and Google Suite software
