Are you passionate about current affairs, multilingual communication, and diplomatic engagement? We’re looking for a **Public Affairs Executive** to join our dynamic team supporting high-level diplomatic work and helping bridge connections across cultures and communities.

As a Public Affairs Executive, you'll play a crucial role in supporting diplomatic efforts and keeping key stakeholders informed of political, economic, and social developments.
- Translate and analyze news reports and press articles in Chinese and Malay
- Maintain and organize digital and hardcopy information databases
- Prepare research papers and information summaries for briefings
- Monitor and alert the team on breaking or significant news
- Distribute and file important press clippings
- Provide full secretarial and logístical support to the Head of Bilateral Section (HBS)
- Arrange meetings, calls, and official functions, including social media content support
- Assist in the preparation, purchase, and delivery of official and festive gifts
- Accompany HBS for meetings, take photos, and draft reports or updates
- Handle general administrative and coordination tasks as needed

**What You Bring**:

- A Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese (written & spoken)
- Strong administrative, secretarial, and coordination skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal communication
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to travel locally when required
