**Job description**:
We are looking for a Quality Executive to oversee the aspects of our company total quality function. He/She will develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all products quality are meet customer specifications and satisfy customer requirements through ISO Quality Management System, HACCP Food Safety System and Company direction.
- Assist in improving the food safety and technical knowledge of staffs, distributors and customers in relation to products.
- In-charge and conduct internal CGMP and Food Safety training.
- Register all external (e.g. customer complaint, complaint to supplier) complaint and follow up the status closely to have quick response to raised party.
- Upkeep and update of all necessary relevant documents.
- Ensure all external laboratories test are well arranged, carry out according to the schedule and follow up closely.
- Prepare sample and send to customers upon their request through S&M.
- Prepare pre-shipment sample for approval by customers.
- Responsible for the compliance with voluntary quality and HACCP standards and to maintain continuous certification of the quality and HACCP systems implemented by the Company.
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Foods Science/Technology or in a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years covering full spectrum of Quality Assurance/Control in Food Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Offices.
