Are you a warm, welcoming, and organized individual who enjoys being the first point of contact for guests and clients? Allseas Malaysia is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, answering phone calls, managing the flow of our front office, meeting rooms etc. **Your role**: - Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual. - Manage appointments and reservations to ensure an organized schedule. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area, pantry & meeting rooms. **What we expect from you**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Ms Office - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required **What we offer you**: Working at Allseas allows you the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with creative thinking, collaboration and down-to-earth culture at its core.
