**HR Manager**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage employee relations on conflict resolutions, employee attendance, employee engagement and ensuring company’s policies in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify gaps and determining training needs and evaluate employee training efficiency.
- Administer internal training programs and oversee performance appraisal process.
- Manage overall payroll and benefits administration are done accurately and on time.
- Develop and enforce company HR Policies, Handbook, Procedures, keep up to date with changes in employment law and ensuring organization compliance.
- Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance review systems as well as handling of under performance issues.
- Overseeing the use of HRMS for HR Data Management, Analysis and Employee Records.
- Implement automation and digitalization to streamline HR Process.
- Collect and analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights such as e-NPS, Turnover, Retention, Absenteeism, Workforce strategy and Employee Feedback
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
- Good understanding of HR organization processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRMS system.
- Good understanding of employee relations.
**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree
**Experience**:Human Resource (At least 4 years and above experience)
