- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure the company attracts and retains key talent.
- Lead performance management processes to support continuous improvement and accountability.
- Design and execute training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
- Advise management on HR best practices and strategic workforce planning.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support organizational change and HR digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Other Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Experience in HR strategy planning and execution.
