**Requirement**:
- Must have a recognised Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation & benefits and IR matters.
- In-depth knowledge of Sarawak Labour Ordinance and related regulations.
- Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
