v Managing training and development programs.
v Handling employee records such as attendance, payroll, disciplinary issues, etc.
v Managing recruitment matters such as preparing job descriptions and requirements, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
v Advise on company policies and procedures.
v Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
v Any other duties assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
v Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
v Good command in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (both written and oral)
v Proficient in labor laws and employee handbook.
v Willing to work under challenging environment.
