Job Summary

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. This role includes administrative support, communication management, record keeping, and other tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist management and staff with daily administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Communication Management**:

- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.
- Manage databases and update records as needed.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Input data into spreadsheets and databases accurately.
- Generate reports and summaries for management as required.
- **Office Management**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; place orders as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- **Financial Support**:

- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting processes.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent service.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle logistics such as venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- **HR Assistance**:

- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding new hires.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports for compliance and management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
