To assist in day-to-day HR and Admin daily operations
- Monitor Group employee attendance
- To process and check mid-month (for commission) and end-month payroll
- To be responsible for Training and Development
- To assist in recruitment process.
- Conduct on onboarding and induction program for new staff
- Conduct exit interview for resigning employees
- To prepare Human Resource related letters including Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letter, Increment Letter, Termination Letter, Warning Letter and etc.
- To ensure all employees' information and personal file is up to date from time to time;
- To maintain efficient filling and archival system in accordance to 5S concept;
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by HR Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
- High integrity and sound work ethics
- Meticulous, patient, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
