_**Responsibilities**:_
- Keep accurate records for all daily sales transactions
- Prepare monthly billing invoices of centres
- Prepare bi-weekly payments of merchants
- Record Full set of account transactions into accounting system (UBS)
- Follow up with Centre Manager on payment issue/ overdue payment
- Update and prepare data entry into monthly basis
- Assist in preparing financial reports monthly
- Reconcile bank statements / petty cash & credit cards
- Participate in yearly financial audit queries
- Track deposit and refund payments accordingly
- Track asset listing and do depreciation monthly
- Implementation and smooth execution of new financial processes.
- Generate payment vouchers, payment schedules & uploading for approval
- Perform administrative works, prepare and maintenance of documentation records and filing in an orderly manner
- Organize filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Ensure timely payments for general office expenses such as utilities, rentals, loan, telecommunications payment deadlines, licenses, etc
- Other accounts and administrative duties as assigned
- **Requirement**:_
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalents
- About 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Account/ Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Excellent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Perform finance administrative and monitoring functions
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software (UBS) is an advantage
- Intermediate MS Office Suite (Excel) skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Good time management skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
