Job description
Austral Migration Consultancy is one of the **top immigration law firms** in South East Asia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We specialise in providing visa-related services to clients from all around the world with the aim of helping them emigrate to Australia or Canada.
- Attend to the incoming calls, outgoing calls, and take messages as and when necessary. Attend to visitors at the reception counter. To handle incoming/outgoing mails/ couriers and correspondences. Assist in daily and general administrative tasks, documentation and etc.
- Coordinate and support consultants in their recruitment activities.
- Carry out responsibilities associated with the administrative task to support the Sales Department.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
- Perform day-to-day administration duties.
