Office Administrator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with local authorities for office operation.
- Liaise with the service providers, suppliers, contractors, etc (if any).
- Handling the overall administration work such as office maintenance, tracking of utilities bills etc.
- Drafting correspondences (if any).
- To handle systematic filling system, safe keeping according to the ISO system management requirements.
- Uphold a well-structured office environment by ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment.
- Extend a warm welcome to visitors, handle incoming phone calls, and effectively relay messages to the relevant parties.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
**QUALIFICATION**
Degree / Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration or relevant fields.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 is an add advantage.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
