Branch Manager

**Job Purpose**:
Lead and manage the overall operations, sales, financial health, and team performance of the branch to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Serve as the key liaison between headquarters and the branch, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**
- Drive sales performance to achieve branch targets across all product lines.
- Identify market opportunities, develop local strategies, and expand customer base.
- Manage relationships with key customers, principals, and business partners.
**Financial & Operational Control**
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) aging, cashier operations, and promotion claims with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor branch expenditures and ensure adherence to budget.
- Review monthly management reports and ensure financial health of the branch.
**Team Leadership & People Management**
- Supervise and develop branch staff including BOE, cashier, drivers, and support teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and resolve internal HR-related matters effectively.
**Warehouse & Inventory**
- Ensure inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations.
- Monitor IRA compliance and lead continuous improvement for stock management.
- Review and approve stock adjustments and root cause analysis.
**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure all branch operations adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with HQ on system implementation, reporting needs, and internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required.
**Problem Solving & Crisis Management**
- Handle escalations, customer complaints, and operational disruptions with swift resolution.
- Implement risk management practices to minimize operational and financial risks.
**Requirements**:
- **Degree** in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field.
- Minimum **5 years’ experience in branch operations or sales management, preferably in FMCG**or distribution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Able to multitask, make data-driven decisions, and lead a diverse team.
- **Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools**.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
