Key Responsibilities: - Assist with scooter and bicycle deployment and retrieval - Operate a van to redistribute products as required - Required to be familiar with using smartphones and apps. - Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties and make sure TRYKE riders are on the safest vehicles - Inspect vehicle health and safety while on the ground to ensure the best possible customer experience for every vehicle - Change batteries for vehicles to ensure there is no supply gap throughout the day - Maintain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Company. - Ensuring all monitoring data (Tickets) are populated and managed into Tryke maintenance system. Requirements: - Ideally, 2+ years of experience as a technician for bicycles, electric scooters or motorbikes - Some technical expertise in mechanics and basic knowledge of electricity. No certifications required - Valid driver license and good Driving Record - Good knowledge of local area geography and street layout - Have good analytical skills and team work, with the ability to organize work and prioritize. - Very active. Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25KG on a frequent basis - Able to sustain moderate physical activity for 8-10 hours per day - Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools - Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success - Able to commute to and from work location. - Ability to work long hours when required.
