**Working Arrangement**: Fully work in office (Menara Southpoint)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (9.30AM - 6.30PM)

**Job scope**:

- Observe and evaluate livestreams across multiple categories to ensure they align with quality standards, focusing on both technical and content-related aspects.
- Evaluate the clarity of audio and video, and overall viewer experience.
- Ensure that streamers adhere to set guidelines, including content appropriateness, behavior, product presentations, and platform policies to maintain a professional and compliant environment.
- Assess streamer engagement with the audience, analyzing the effectiveness of communication, interaction frequency, and responsiveness to viewer questions or comments.
- Evaluate product demonstrations, ensuring they are clear, informative, and provide enough details for viewers to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in content quality assurance are welcome to apply.
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of the policies.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on repetitive tasks and flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast paced environment.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required.

**Salary**:

- Base salary: RM 2,600/month (with statutory contributions)
- KPI Incentive: RM 400

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
