We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic new Malaysian shared service center HR department. This position has a wide varied role and is well suited to an individual who is looking to continue their career in HR and to be part of a global business.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Develop and manage project plans and schedules associated with our talent management programmes
- Analyse data to measure success and identify opportunities related to key L&D metrics
- Facilitate key elements of our onboarding program
- Oversee our Learning Management System
- Manage existing L&D vendor relationships
- Administer program elements to include the creation and delivery of reports, communications, learning materials and other supporting resources

**Who We Are Looking for**:

- 5+ years professional experience in a Learning & Development or Human Resources related role
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- The ability to conduct data analysis and deduce insights
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail while balancing multiple demands and competing priorities
- A passion for building and maintaining effective working relationships
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Project Management skills
- Data Analysis skills
- Experience working in fast paced environment
