**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Learning and Development (L&D)Specialist to champion the growth and development of our employees. As our in-house Learning Management System (LMS) expert, you will spearhead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.You will also collaborate closely with managers across departments to design effective and innovative learning pathways, and guarantee that employees have access to the resources necessary for achieving success

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Spearheaded the strategic management and customization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal alignment with and support for all organizational learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to design, and implement comprehensive talent development programs that address critical milestones across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and early career growth to management and executive leadership development.
- Partner strategically with key stakeholders to conduct thorough training needs assessments, develop targeted and innovative learning solutions, and curate engaging content and resources that empower employee growth and drive performance excellence.
- Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor key training metrics, rigorously assess program effectiveness, and deliver data-driven insights that inform continuous improvement and maximize learning outcomes.
- Proactively evaluate and manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, supplementing internal resources, and maintaining the highest standards of training quality.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, complemented by proven expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) administration, ensuring seamless and effective learning experiences.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience within rapidly scaling tech/internet companies or consulting environments, with a dedicated focus on talent development strategies that drive organizational growth and performance.
- Proven experience in cross-cultural project management, utilizing a consultative and persuasive communication style to build consensus and achieve results across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Good analytical acumen, including the ability to effectively work with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environments, while maintaining a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong working relationships and contributing to a positive and productive team environment
