Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and promptly to suppliers.
- Manage the procurement process efficiently and cost-effectively, from identifying needs to placing orders.
- Proactively monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue invoices in a professional and persistent manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable.
- Assist recruitment, reserve management and training of human resources in the company.
- Manage employee records meticulously, including personal information, leave requests, and performance reviews, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have relevant degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resource or administrative role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay, Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
