HR Admin Assistant

HR:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Ensure all HR documents are properly filed and managed
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll
- Handle inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters
- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns
- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Help in the resolution of workplace conflicts and issues
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Perform any ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior
Admin:
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
- Support various departments with administrative needs
- Perform any ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior
**Job Requirements**
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources or equivalent
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- High attention to detail, be very organized, independent, and proactive
- Strong communication and presentation skill
