Executive Scheduling & Diary Management
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar: meetings, internal departments, external stakeholder and travel.
- Coordinate meeting logistics: venues, video-conferencing, materials, agendas and follow-ups.

Communication & Correspondence
- Draft and prepare official correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, speeches and presentations.
- Liaise with key internal leaders and external parties (regulators, business partners).

Administrative Support
- Track and follow up on deliverables, presentations and action items from meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries flight/hotel bookings and visa logistics.
- Handle expense claims, budget and submit documents to Finance or related teams.
- Organize meetings, executive off-sites and corporate events.
- Plan, coordinate schedules and compile reports or minutes.
- Serve as the CEO’s liaison and manage access for internal staff, shareholders, board members and external visitors.
- Maintain professional demeanor representing the CEO and the company.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Group CEO to ensure the smooth operation of the Director’s Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
