**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

2. **Employee Relations**
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
- Promote positive workplace culture by implementing engagement activities.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and maintaining morale.

3. **Performance Management**
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Track employee progress and recommend training or development programs.

4. **Training & Development**
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Organize internal and external training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

5. **Compliance & Administration**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Prepare reports related to HR activities and key metrics.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

6. **HR Projects**
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support organizational change management efforts.
- Collaborate on diversity and inclusion programs.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and induction programs.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
