**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) and timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll calculations.
- Manage employee data updates, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and benefits.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review.
- Liaise with Finance Department for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and employee records.
- Assist in HR administrative functions when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Familiar with HR payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
