Braverman is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their queries and concerns.

We’re currently recruiting full-time Customer Service Team Members to cover night shifts and weekends.

This work will be based fully from home and you are required to have a computer/laptop and working internet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem, providing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Design and Operations, to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of issues
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide product recommendations and advice to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and maintain a high level of customer retention
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a customer support executive or similar role
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service

Education and Experience:

- Diploma preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
