**Emergency Call Operator (999 Response Center)**

**Location**: Kampung Kenyalang Park, 93300 Kuching, Sarawak
**Salary**: RM1,800 per month
**Working Hours**: 24-hour rotational shift
**Minimum Requirement**: Diploma
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle **999 emergency calls** and provide immediate assistance.
- Respond to emergency cases promptly and in accordance with Response Center procedures.
- Ensure adherence to **productivity and quality standards** (e.g., log-in time, talk time, accuracy).
- Assist in monitoring **general, mechanical, and electrical site preparations** for three NG999 Response Centers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma** qualification.
- Able to work **rotational shifts (24-hour coverage).**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Immediate availability preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
