**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and recommending prospects for new business opportunities
- Implementing a new sales plan and advertising
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the entire project sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to closing deals.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to find new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM / any discipline in Business/Marketing / Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in office furniture systems or interior solutions.
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong understanding of office furniture products, modular systems, and the local market.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
