**Job Description**:
**Jobs Responsibilities**:
- Provide HR consultation, partnership and assistance to HR Center of Excellence (COE), Business Leaders and other relevant stakeholders in all corporate and site HR programs and its related ad-hoc projects
- Serve as business point of escalation for people and HR policy and process particularly on site’s Training and Development area
- Lead the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) process at site level and understand area of opportunity
- Work closely with Malaysia Talent Management & People Development (TMPD) COE on delivering and harmonizing the development program
- Maintain the Human Resource Training System
- Manage Training Department policies, processes and activities
- Act as an internal IMS, RBA etc auditor on behalf of HR department
- Provide advisory supports to partnering Manager/Supervisor on people matters
- Provide sound guidance, professional support and advisory to managers and employees in performance management, career development and succession planning discussions and is a sparring partner for talent development or diagnostic related issues
- Drive (cultural) change in area of responsibility
- Responsible to provide coaching to partnering Manager/Supervisor on processes including legal implications of not following a process and they are adhering to and executing the process correctly
- Proactive in understanding the partnering business units and provide advice for necessary supports
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Science
**SKILL REQUIRED**:
- Well verse with Local Labor Law (Employment Act 1955, IR Act 1967,Trade Union Act), Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) etc
- The ability to blend with multi-racial and multi religion of environment
- Good communication skills and articulate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Approachable with strong listening and influential skills
- Be able to work independently with less supervision
- Strong analytical skill and data driven
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience
- Strong HR generalist, analytical and people/conflict management skillset
- Experience in the field of Training and Development capacity
- Exposure in Internal/External Employee Union working environment will be an added advantage
