Coordinates all IT/Digital projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
- Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
- Identifies and analyses systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented accordingly.
- Assist in installations, configurations, administration, upgrades and IT security maintenance for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
- Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of our company.
- Supervise all IT/Digital personnel/vendors to ensure the smooth-running of department and the fulfillment of duties to the best of their abilities.
- Work with all internal and external stakeholders for continuous service level improvement.
- Develop, analyse and update management on all IT/Digital related data to ensure management is able to make sound business decisions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 4 years related working experience.
- Has working experience in programming and software development.
- SQL and HTML experience.
- Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support.
- Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations as well as to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively.
- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
- Technical aptitude to learn, follow and create instructions.
