A Customer Success Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products and services. Their role is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction to maximize retention and growth

**Job Responsibilties**:

- Customer onboarding - Assist new customers in understanding and successfully using the product
- Relationship Management -Maintain a strong relationship with key clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Adoption & Training - Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage
- Proactive Engagement - Anticipate customer needs and address issues before they arise.
- Renewals & Retention - Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling - identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree holder from any course; 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g Salesforce, Hubspot)
- This position will be based at **East Coast Region (Kota Bharu)** & also requires to travel to HQ office at KL (Q-Sentral)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset;
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tools and procedures
- Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
