- Manage a team of manual and automation testers, providing guidance and support.
- Design and implement testing strategies that blend manual and automated approaches.
- Define and document test plans, test cases, and scripts for clear testing coverage.
- Conduct manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.
- Identify and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Improve and maintain automation frameworks for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing needs and timelines.
- Prepare test summary reports and metrics for stakeholders.
- Continuously refine testing processes, integrating industry best practices.

**Qualifications** General requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Have 5+ years of experience in software testing with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Have 5+ years of experience in banking domain
- Fluent in English communication, good experience in working directly with global clients.
- Willing to work onsite frequently to ensure effective project delivery
- Experience in leading testing teams and working with global clients.
- Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
- Able to perform tasks under high pressure

**Technical requirements**:

- Deep domain knowledge of web, mobile, and desktop app testing
- Strong experience in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, non-UI testing, etc.)
- Have 5+ years of experience in API Testing
- Have experience in coding with Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages using frameworks such as Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/Appium/etc.
- Experience in using tools: Jmeter, Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA...

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in Performance and Security testing
- Experience in CI/CD
- Experience in building frameworks
- Knowledge about Design Patterns
