What will you be engaged in?
- Develop local marketing tactics according to the performance marketing strategic and tactical acquisition approach
- Provide creative ideas for city content marketing
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local partners
- Develop and maintain TREVO's city awareness by coming up with and executing guerilla marketing ideas
- Assist in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors and agencieson executing national marketing campaigns locally
- Plan, coordinate, and manage local, commercial vendors
- Identify and work with hyperlocal ambassadors for tactical campaigns
- Support local partnership campaigns with the city business team
- Develop campaign mechanics to execute acquisition and digital campaigns that are in line with the performance marketing strategic and tactical acquisition approach
- Monitor and analyse campaigns to optimise performance and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend

- 1+ year of proven working experience working on Partnerships, Business Development and/or local on ground marketing such as event planning and management
- Has knowledge of and understand Penang as a city and are able to convey your understanding of Penang into marketing ideas
- Has experience with basic digital marketing knowledge, preferably have exposure to Facebook and Google as marketing channels
- Creative, data-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Positive attitude paired with the desire for transparency, openness and can-do attitude
- Ability to think analytically and optimise for partnership and campaign ROIs
