Human Resource Intern

As a Human Resource Intern, you will:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and training materials.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Participate in special projects and gain hands-on experience with real-world human resource challenges.
**Job Requirement**
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
- A team player with a passion for people and organizational development.
