Sales Executive

To take charge sales showrooms and ensure showroom in good condition.
- To approach walk-in customers, identify needs and recommend products and services.
- To process sales transaction in showroom and liaise with financial institutions on financing facilities.
- To deal with complaints or customer inquiries and provide customer service. To ensure high customer satisfaction standard.
- To ensure vehicle is in good conditions before delivering to customer.
- To keep good record on customer database.
- To perform duty for any event/exhibition of the showroom/Company/other related Companies under the group.
- To prepare sales/showroom performance report as and when required.
- To perform any additional tasks that assigned by management/superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum certificate/diploma in any related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience as sales advisor/retails/customer service or any related role.
- Professional look, ethics and pleasing personality to dealing/meeting with walk in customer.
- Approachable and friendly personality. Has no issue to deal/talk with customer.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office ie. Outlook, Excel, Words, Powerpoint,etc.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to learn development.
- People and results oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent in communication skills and proficient in various languages will be an added advantage.
- Experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work under the showroom operation days and hours requirements.
**Experience**:
- Automotive Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
