- **Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or energy industries.**:

- **Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.**:

- **Proficient in data analysis and using data for decision-making.**:

- **Excellent leadership and team management skills.**:

- **Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.**:

- **Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- **Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.**:

- **Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.**:

- **Operations**:

- **Manage daily operational activities across sales, logistics, and customer service.**:

- **Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and efficient product and service delivery.**:

- **Oversee inventory planning and logistics to ensure smooth operations.**:

- **Management & Reporting**:

- **Lead and manage a small team.**:

- **Prepare regular sales reports, performance records, and operational updates for management.**:

- **Develop and implement strategies for workplace and process improvement.**
