Click here to learn more about how **we can make an impact together** For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don’t miss our **Operator Movie** **Position overview**: If you have a passion for training and a keen interest in working in diverse environments, we’d love to hear from you **Responsibilities**: **Digital Learning Design** - Support global projects focused on implementing a standardised Basic Chemical Operations Learning Journey. - Assist in designing and developing e-learning materials on chemical operations topics. - Support language translation efforts to ensure content accessibility for a global audience. **Survey and Analysis of Training Requirements** - Conduct surveys to assess Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) training programmes across global manufacturing sites. - Compile, analyse, and report survey findings to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in training programmes. **Training Record Data Analysis** - Generate insightful reports to evaluate training record data in SuccessFactors LMS. - Assist in designing and developing global training dashboards. **Manufacturing Training Support** - Assist in coordinating and managing training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication. - Participate in ad hoc manufacturing training activities and projects as required. **Required skills and experience**: - Students who can join us for a **6-month internship** program is preferred - Strong command of English, both written and spoken. - Growth mindset with a keen eagerness to learn. - Interest or experience in working with diverse cultures and global environments, with the ability to work and communicate cross-culturally. - Experience with e-learning platforms, content creation tools, or multimedia software (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar) is an added advantage. - Experience with data analysis tools or a strong interest in learning (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is an added advantage. **Qualifications**: - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Training & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
