**Job description**:
Recruitment, Onboarding & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
- Maintain and update the internal **resume bank** for future staffing needs.
- Assist in manpower planning and tracking of workforce requirements.
- Conduct onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain **staff personal files** and ensure all records (contracts, IDs, evaluations) are complete and updated.
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, confirmation, resignation, and disciplinary letters.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- **Monitor probation evaluations** and annual reviews.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee **attendance records** and update in HR system.
- Track and record **annual leave, medical leave, no-pay leave, commissions, and overtime** accurately.
- Ensure all leave and overtime claims are verified and approved in line with company policy.
Training & Development
- Identify **training needs** and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Payroll & Statutory Contribution
- Coordinate with internal HR for **monthly salary processing (info tech system)**.
- Provide accurate payroll input including overtime, leave balances, new joiners, and resignations.
- Distribute payslips and coordinate payments of **EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax (PCB), and Zakat**.
HR Policies & SOP Maintenance
- Maintain and update **HR policies, procedures, and SOPs** in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in HR operations across all departments
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage **legal and corporate documentation**, including employment permits, business licenses, tenancy agreements, and company registration renewals.
- Oversee **stationery supplies, office equipment**, and procurement of administrative needs.
- Maintain records and usage logs for **company vehicles**, including insurance, road tax, servicing, and assignment to staff.
- Support in organizing company events, training, meetings, and audits when necessary.
HR Projects & Reporting
- Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and HR digitalization projects.
- **Prepare** and present **monthly HR reports** (turnover rate, recruitment updates, etc.).
Any ad hoc job assigns by Top Management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
