We are currently recruiting Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide support for customers of Tencent, a globally recognized leader in the mobile gaming industry. In this role, you will utilize your strong communication skills and customer service expertise to deliver exceptional support and tailored solutions. **Compensation & Benefits**

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin (language assessment will be conducted)
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer systems
- Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
