We are seeking an Export Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. As an Export Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable international shipments for our clients. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in providing a seamless customer experience. **Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end export process, ensuring timely delivery of shipments
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide accurate and timely information on shipment status
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all necessary documentation and permits are obtained for international shipments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize export processes and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
**Job Requirement**
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Good communication skills with fast learner
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Software packages, mainly Word & Excel.
- Able to work independently.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
