Position: Business Development Executive
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Location: Petaling Jaya.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Identify and secure new exhibition sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal team to create the require marketing materials, market analytics and consumer insights.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the value of exhibition participation.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of contracted exhibition deliverables.
- Assist the Sales Manager in all aspect of sales support, including preparing contracts, checking invoices, coordinate with exhibitors to collect marketing materials.
- Willing and ready to attend events and trade shows (if require) to network and promote our exhibitions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales call and market research
- Prepare and present related reports
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- Proven experience in sales support or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Ability to understand and speak Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Possess own vehicle.
**Remuneration Package**:
- Basic Salary RM3,000 - 4,000.
- Working hours
- 8hrs /week.
- Working days
- 5days /week.
- Annual Leave 14 days
- Medical Leave 30 days
- Medical Insurance upon confirmation
- Commission / Incentive
- Traveling allowances upon receipt
- Open gender
- Able to speak Mandarin
