Office Administrator

**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree
**Responsibilities**:
1. Carries out human resource duties such as processing payroll, compensation and benefits.
2. Manages attendance record, punch card, annual leave, medical leave, employees’ personal file,
etc.
3. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Employment
Act & Industrial Relations Act, EPF and SOCSO.
4. Participates as a member of HR Committee and in monthly committee meetings to discuss human
resource matters, resolve issues, implement good human resource practices and organise quarterly
employee activities.
5. Assists in recruitment, orientation, employee relationships, training and development as well as
HR policies and procedures.
6. Assists in overseeing corporate affairs and matters such as banking, secretarial, legal, etc.
7. Carries out general administrative duties for Penang office.
8. Carries out preventive maintenance programs to upkeep and maintain the office building in good
and clean conditions at all times.
9. Procurement and maintenance of IT and communication system, security system, office
equipment as well as office stationeries.
10. Carries out any other duties as and when requested by the superiors from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
