**Scope of Works**

The Assistant Principal is responsible in assisting the principal to manage day to day operations, creating a safe learning environment for teachers, and students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for efficient and smooth running of the school.
- Monitor and maintain an overview of the curriculum and co-curriculum to ensure effective implementation and ensure the highest possible quality of education for the children.
- Ensure overall well-being and safety of the children, responsible for regular good communication with every parent.
- Constantly inspire and motivate teachers and ensuring that they are passionate and proficient in teaching young children.
- Orients and assist new staff and new students and provide opportunities for their input in the school.

**Requirement**:

- Preferably 5 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher/ kindergarten role.
- Have patience and passion to teach and deal with young children.
- Pedagogical, team player, committed, dedicated, proactive.
- Ability to prepare and follow fun appropriate activities according to lesson plan.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

**Location**:Kindyland Tropicana Golf & Country Resort

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
