**Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Leader**:
**About the Role**:
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources management for overseas business teams, with a focus on Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. You will be responsible for implementing HR functions, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and building a robust overseas team. This role requires a deep understanding of international company management systems and local employment regulations. **Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Oversee HR Management**: Take charge of human resources management for overseas business teams, with comprehensive responsibility for HR functions in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
- ** Align with Business Goals**: Work closely with overseas and domestic business units to understand their HR needs, and collaborate on the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
- ** Build and Develop Teams**: Lead the establishment of overseas teams and participate in the implementation of company compensation and benefits policies.
- ** Implement HR Policies**: Ensure the effective implementation of company HR policies, systems, and key projects within the department.
- ** Promote Corporate Culture**: Drive the dissemination and implementation of company culture and values within the team.
- ** Team Management**: Lead and manage the HR team to fully support business development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
**Qualifications**:
Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on overseas business operations.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams, particularly in a 0-1 setup.
- Strong background in recruitment and talent development.
Technical Competencies
- In-depth understanding of international company management systems and processes.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations, labor laws, and cultural nuances in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in HR processes and systems, with expertise in recruitment and talent management.
- Experience in implementing HR policies and projects in a cross-cultural environment.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages.
- Proven ability to drive cultural alignment and foster a positive work environment.
