**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product/service information, pricing, and appointment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service Relation: 1 year (preferred)
