Customer Service Executives

Mix of fresher and experience profile with customer service aptitude skills
SPM and above on educational qualification
Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the native language or language in which services are to be provided
Ability to converse, read and write effectively in English is an added advantage
Ability to multitask, detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills
Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
A self-starter who is able to work independently and under mínimal supervision
Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
Good computer skills including the ability to navigate and use multiple windows Digital & Live Chat In addition to Minimum Hiring Criteria for Voice Personnel:
Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media
Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and responds professionally
Good typing speed & accuracy
Excellent writing skill
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 per month
