**Ringkasan Peranan**

Sebagai **Picker & Packer Pemenuhan Pesanan Online**, anda memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan pelanggan online menerima pesanan mereka dengan tepat, cepat dan kemas. Tugas anda termasuk memilih produk mengikut pesanan, membungkus dengan teliti, dan menyerahkan kepada kurier mengikut jadual. Setiap parcel yang dihantar mencerminkan jenama HNL Snek—jadi ketelitian dan tanggungjawab amat penting.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**

**Tugasan Picking**
- Memilih produk dari rak inventori mengikut senarai pesanan harian
- Menyemak SKU, kuantiti dan tarikh luput sebelum membungkus
- Melaporkan sebarang ketidaksesuaian stok atau kerosakan kepada penyelia
- Memastikan ketepatan picking untuk mengurangkan aduan pelanggan

**Tugasan Packing**
- Membungkus pesanan mengikut SOP (bubble wrap, saiz kotak, pelekat, dll.)
- Pastikan pembungkusan kemas, selamat dan mematuhi identiti jenama
- Melekatkan label penghantaran dan invois dengan betul
- Susun parcel mengikut jenis kurier dan jadual pickup
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kekemasan stesen pembungkusan

**Sokongan Fulfillment**
- Membantu dalam penjejakan pesanan dan serahan kepada kurier
- Kemas kini status pembungkusan dalam sistem atau log manual
- Menyokong kerja-kerja restock bahan pembungkusan dan rak inventori
- Terlibat dalam kiraan stok dan audit bulanan

**Kelayakan**
- Minimum SPM atau setaraf; pengalaman dalam gudang atau pembungkusan diutamakan
- Boleh membaca dan padankan SKU dengan tepat
- Sihat tubuh badan dan boleh berdiri lama
- Bertanggungjawab, teliti dan cepat belajar
- Selesa menggunakan teknologi asas (scanner, aplikasi atau log manual)
- Sedia bertukar tugas dan menyokong keperluan pasukan
