**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- To comply with Bank’s policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers’ assets are maintained.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend
- Strong command of spoken and written English. Mandarin would be an added advantage to support dual language (language allowance provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
