An experienced and dynamic Sourcing Specialist to lead the procurement of premium and innovative products for corporate clients, institutional projects, and collaboration campaigns. This role requires a keen sense of market trends, creative thinking, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of import regulations, tariffs, permits, and shipping processes. Will be responsible for sourcing both locally and internationally, working closely with cross functional teams to deliver standout product solutions that align with budget, brand expectations, and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand client needs and contribute strategic product ideas with strong marketing foresight.
- Provide quick turnaround on product proposals and quotations, ensuring options align with budget and brand positioning.
- Conduct costing analysis and provide accurate cost breakdowns to internal stakeholders.
- Source premium and standout products from both local and overseas markets for corporate gifting, institutional projects, and campaign-based initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including vendor selection, sample procurement, price negotiation, packaging development, shipping logistics, and final delivery
- Ensure packaging and presentation of sourced items align with client branding and expectations.
- Handle import-related processes with confidence, including understanding of HS codes, tariffs, import permits, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier and vendor networks, continuously identifying new and competitive sourcing opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure consistency in quality, cost, and reliability
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor movements to ensure our product offerings remain relevant and differentiated.
- Monitor product trends & competitor offerings to ensure maintain a unique edge in the market.
- Proactively explore new product categories, innovations, and business opportunities that could strengthen the company’s offering.
- Provide support in the sourcing of regular branded merchandise and general inventory as needed during off-peak seasons or in line with project scheduling.

Pay: RM2,767.26 - RM5,412.20 per month
