Asistant Manager HR Admin

**Job Summary**
Capable and dedicated HR cum Admin Assistant Manager to manage both human resources and administrative task within our organization. You will be responsible for managing HR operations such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, while also overseeing office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Human Resources (HR)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate performance appraisal, employee training, and development initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal standards.
Administration
- Able to handle MOF, CIDB, Petronas license.
- Able to handle Port License Registration.
- Handle Asset Management
- Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and office-related services.
- Ensure that company policies related to office security, cleanliness, and safety are adhered to.
- Organize and maintain filing system for office documents.
- Assist in planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistics for staff, as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
- Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
**Salary**
- RM3,000.00-RM4,000.00 per month
