**Job Summary**:
Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance, and organizational development. This role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and in-depth expertise in HR best practices to cultivate a positive workplace culture and contribute to overall business success.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of human resources management experience in large-scale manufacturing industries.
- Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese.
- Strong skills in talent acquisition and workforce planning, and In-depth understanding of labor laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
