**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with customers to process orders and manage inquiries.
- Track and monitor sales activities and update CRM systems.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain strong customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and reports.
- Assist in generating sales performance reports for management review.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining sales records.
- Manage and update customer databases and records.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and handle communications between the sales team and other departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably within the logistics industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a customer-focused mindset.
